The Role: As a Panel Technician, you will carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs to commercial vehicles, including vans, HGVs, and specialist fleet vehicles. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped facility, supported by a strong team and industry-leading processes. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all panel repair work on all commercial vehicles to manufacturer and Steer standards Replace or repair panels using modern techniques and approved tools/equipment Work collaboratively with paint and MET teams to ensure high-quality and timely vehicle turnaround Maintain accurate documentation and uphold health and safety procedures Strive for continuous improvement and uphold our values in every job About You: Fully qualified with proven experience as a Panel Technician, preferably in commercial vehicles Confident in welding, bonding, and major panel repairs High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering repair excellence A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Able to work to deadlines without compromising safety or quality What’s in it for you?
