In this fast-paced role, you will be the lynchpin in ensuring smooth order fulfillment for our diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accurate picking and dispatch.
Coordinating with various carriers to guarantee timely collection and delivery of goods.
Addressing and resolving queries regarding late or lost shipments, maintaining clear communication with customers and carriers.
Producing all necessary paperwork, including shipping labels, manifests, and customs documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for candidates with:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Alternatively, experience working within a logistics department for a retail business.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefit include:
