Job Title: Welder Fitter
Are you ready to take your welding skills to the next level? We are looking for a talented Welder Fitter to join our dynamic team on the 3rd shift in Canton, OH. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, performing MIG welding on structural steel, fitting and constructing parts and frames, and interpreting blueprints. If you’re passionate about precision and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
* Perform MIG welding on structural steel with precision.
* Fit and construct various parts and frames.
* Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints accurately.
* Utilize measurement tools, hand tools, and power tools effectively.
* Operate shop machines as required to complete tasks.
What You Bring to the Table
Essential Skills
* 2+ years of experience in MIG welding.
* 2+ years of experience in fitting.
* Proficiency in reading blueprints.
* Strong knowledge of hand, measurement, and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
* Familiarity with stainless steel or sheet metal welding is advantageous.

This is a full-time position based in Canton, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay for this position is $23.04/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include:
