Workplace Management & Solutions Practitioner
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Experience Range: 2 to 4 Years
Notice Period: Immediate
We are seeking a Workplace Management & Solutions Practitioner to provide expert administrative space and service support for Accenture's global workforce. The role involves ensuring seamless workplace technology solutions for efficient operations and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms
* Manage and resolve tickets (incidents & requests) while maintaining proper documentation
* Adhere to service level agreement principles
* Possess proficiency in Windows 10/11, M365, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure MFA, Intune/SCCM, and mobile/tablet platforms
* Configure and maintain standard and multi-function print devices, workstation networks, and voice communication systems
* Demonstrate knowledge of networking concepts and components
* Conduct video conferencing across various platforms
Requirements:
* 15 years of full-time education
* 5+ years of experience in customer support, 2nd level workstation software & hardware break-fix support, service management
* Experience in the mining/resource industry is a plus
