An excellent opportunity for a creative, driven, and dynamic Social Media Manager to join a growing team and take their social channels to the next level. The brand operates in the health and beauty space, offering specialist cosmetic procedures.
So what are they looking for?
Day to day they're looking for someone to take the lead with their organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn – bringing fresh ideas, standout campaigns, and a community-first approach. Working with our in-house videographer, designer, and marketing team, you'll create content that inspires, informs, and ultimately helps customers understand and engage with the brand.
What you'll be doing:
* Driving growth, engagement & community management across our social platforms
* Creating scroll-stopping content with our in-house creative team
* Leading influencer partnerships & brand advocacy campaigns
* Planning cross-channel campaigns and seasonal content
* Reporting on performance, spotting trends & shaping future strategy
* Capturing "in the moment" content that brings our brand to life
What you will need to be considered:
* 3–5 years' experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand(ideally).
* Proven success growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
* Strong copywriting & storytelling skills – able to make complex messages engaging
* Experience working with influencers & running campaigns (desirable)
* Data-driven mindset with a creative spark – an ideas person who gets results
* Organised, independent & thrives in a fast-paced environment
