About Our Care Home
Our purpose-built service is located near the Campsie Hills, close to the historic town of Clydebank. We offer care for up to 66 residents, providing high standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative Care for older adults.
Position: Clinical Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Clinical Team: Oversee residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs with expertise and compassion.
2. Ensure Compliance: Follow our clinical governance framework to uphold high standards of care.
3. Mentor and Motivate: Inspire colleagues, promote residents' safety and dignity, and foster continuous improvement.
4. Provide Leadership: Support colleagues and create a positive, effective working environment.
5. Resident Support: Support residents with complex needs, ensuring personalized care.
6. Strive for Clinical Excellence: Maintain and enhance clinical standards within the home.
What We’re Looking For
* Nurse Qualified: Registered nurse with a valid PIN, ready to contribute your expertise.
* Strong Clinical Skills: Confident in applying clinical knowledge to deliver quality care.
* Experience with the Elderly: Preferred but not essential; experience is an asset.
* Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
* Training and Support Skills: Willing to support staff development and growth.
* Leadership Potential: Capable of stepping in for the Home Manager when needed.
