Our client is a mid-sized, community-focused Housing Association based in London, committed to providing excellent customer service and improving the lives of their members.
Job Description
1. Provide financial insights and guidance to the Customer Service department
2. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
3. Implement financial management best practices
4. Use Orchard and SUN Accounts software for financial operations
5. Collaborate with other department heads to develop budgets
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
7. Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
8. Develop strategies to improve the financial health of the department
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have:
* Fully CCAB qualified – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA
* Proficiency in Orchard, SUN Accounts, and Vision Excel/Q&A10/Vision Executive software
* Excellent financial management and analytical skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and provide leadership
* Experience working in a Housing Association is required
