I’m currently supporting a high-growth Series B SaaS company looking to appoint an experienced Interim CFO for an initial 6-month engagement.
Responsibilities
Strengthening SaaS financial planning, metrics and reporting
Driving Revenue Operations (RevOps) alignment across Finance, Sales and GTM teams
Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to support the next phase of scale
Supporting exit preparation and investor readiness
Qualifications
Proven CFO / senior finance leadership experience in SaaS
Track record of raising venture debt in venture-backed businesses
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV)
Experience building and scaling RevOps and commercial finance functions
Exposure to exit preparation / transaction readiness
