We are an exciting start up and the UK's fastest growing franchisor of virtual brands. We partner with food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area. We will also be launching our new retail concept in 2026.
To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Head of Sales to join our UK team. Reporting into our founding Director, you'll take ownership of the entire sales function, leading a growing team to deliver ambitious growth targets while setting the commercial strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coaching, execution, and strategic thinking.
What You'll Do
· Lead and coach team of 5 UK and 10 Egypt based Business Development Managers to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
· Lead the franchisee recruitment process for our new retail concept.
· Own the sales strategy and pipeline management, aligning activity to business objectives.
· Develop robust KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance standards to ensure visibility and accountability across the team.
· Personally lead meetings with potential franchise partners at Head Office.
· Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the Data Analyst Lead to align sales forecasts with B2B marketing activities.
· Build strong relationships across marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing success.
· Network to raise the profile of Dish'd and drive partnership opportunities.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends, using insights to influence wider commercial strategy.
· Contribute as part of the senior leadership team, helping shape long-term growth plans.
What We're Looking For
· years' proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
· Experience of consultative or solution based selling where success comes from building trust and long term relationships, not just hitting quick numbers.
· Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
· Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
· Data-driven approach with excellent pipeline management skills.
· Ability to balance hands-on deal execution with team leadership and strategic planning.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
· High drive, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling business.
· Right to work in the UK. Full UK driving licence

Key Information

Location:
Ideally based within 1 hour commute of Uxbridge.
·
Working Pattern:
Hybrid – Uxbridge / Field / Home
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working
2-3 days at Uxbridge Head Office and 1 day in the field
There will be a requirement for sales calls in the evenings
