Pay rate: £15.50 per hour for days/waking nights & £10 per hour sleep ins.
Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week - 8:00am-9:00pm & 8:30pm - 8:00am.
We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Willerby, Hull. This person has Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and an Acquired Brain Injury, but this does not define them. They enjoy going out for pub lunches, to the beach, walks, dancing, and football. To facilitate trips out and about, candidates should be local to Willerby, Hull and able to drive, holding a full UK Driving Licence.
Enriching activities are a key part of the support, and you will bring an empathetic approach to make a meaningful difference. Previous experience in supporting individuals with:
* Autism
* Acquired Brain Injury
* Cerebral Palsy
Role responsibilities include: providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis during the day and 1:1 during the night, engaging in meaningful activities, supporting community outings, and assisting with household tasks to promote independence. Clear communication in the individual's preferred manner is essential for building trust.
