Senior PHP Developer up to £70,000 Fully Remote
Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing start-up company who provide a platform to allow small local shops and grocery stores to serve customers online.
Responsibilities:
* Extending API’s for the App Development team
* Developing new features and API's in Laravel
* Working on unit tests as well as wider performance optimisation
* Maintenance of legacy code base (bespoke PHP)
* Integrating platform with third parties (e.g. EPOS and payment gateways)
* Performing code reviews and supporting less experienced devs
* Supporting with the planning of more complex projects
Experience:
* Extensive experience developing with PHP and Laravel
* Experienced working as a Senior Developer
* Previous experience working for a start-up company
* Strong working knowledge of AWS
* Frontend development knowledge and experience of JavaScript and React will be hugely beneficial
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: up to £70,000 depending on experience multiple potential bonuses, including potential shares in company!
Location
The client is based in the UK and this is a FULLY REMOTE role from within the UK.
