You'll be supported and mentored by experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in preparing quotes, supporting our nationwide network, and learning how our services are delivered.
This is a development role designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to grow into a specialist position with real responsibility and long-term progression.
What does it entail?
* Learn how to prepare accurate, practical, and commercially viable quotes for installations and repairs.
* Shadow experienced colleagues to understand how we work with customers, engineers, and our wider network.
* Support the validation of site surveys and customer requirements.
* Assist with contract renewals, helping to streamline processes and keep customer agreements up to date.
* Provide support to franchisees, including guidance, tools, and training to help them win more local sales and improve service delivery.
* Help track and update quotes in our internal system.
* Check customer portals for quotation requests and support timely responses.
* Contribute to improving processes and documenting how things are done.
* Build confidence in explaining technical solutions and supporting sales conversations.
What do we look for?
* Experience within a sales, customer support or quoting.
* A motivated and curious individual who wants to learn and take on new challenges.
* Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Good communication skills — confident speaking with different people and keen to build relationships.
* Comfortable using IT systems (full training will be provided).
