The ideal candidate will be
IT literate, communicate clearly and professionally, remain calm under pressure, and work collaboratively across the firm. They will take pride in their work, maintain strong client relationships, and support colleagues where appropriate.
Essential skills include qualification as a Solicitor or CILEx with 1+ years’ PQE, strong knowledge of their practice area, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will also be self-motivated, results-focused, and committed to promoting the firm’s values.
Desirable qualities include marketing and networking ability, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to identifying client needs and cross-referral opportunities.
