* Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services.
* Sharing your knowledge of the area and suggesting the right places for guests to visit while staying.
* Assist guests with arrands and arranging special requests.
* Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
* Promptly and courteously addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
