Multi-Trade / Carpenters – Heathrow Airport – £18.00 to £25.00 per hour (PAYE)

Pay Rate: £18.00 – £25.00 per hour (PAYE, based on experience)
We are currently representing a well-established facilities and construction specialist, with over 10 years of successful operation across high-end commercial environments including airports, showrooms, and retail spaces. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking Multi-Trade / Carpenters to join their Small Works Division at Heathrow Airport.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideally suited to operatives who are skilled across multiple trades and enjoy working in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Working within the small works team, your duties will include:
* Carpentry and joinery
* Painting and decorating
* Installing skirting, kitchens, and units
* Assembling and moving furniture or equipment
* General area clearing and cleaning
* Supporting minor construction and refurbishment works as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in a construction or facilities maintenance environment
* Versatile skill set and willingness to carry out a range of tasks
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must live within a commutable distance of Heathrow Airport

* Competitive hourly rate: £20.00 – £22.00 (PAYE) based on experience

Working Hours:
* Day shifts: 07:45 – 16:45
* Night shifts: Typically, 21:00 – 03:30/04:00
(Average 6–8 nights per month for Planned Preventative Maintenance, scheduled flexibly to meet service deadlines and access requirements.)
Additional Benefits:
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates:
o Time and a half for night work (Monday to Saturday)
o Double time on Sundays
* Flexible working hours with no cap on overtime; pay reflects total hours worked
