What you'll be doing...
1.
* Cooking food in a timely manner using different methods and
techniques
* Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality.
* Cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to
established standards of hygiene.
* Ensuring appealing plate presentation.
* Coaching and developing other team members
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards - advantageous
* Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award - advantageous
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role – Chefs de
Partie welcome!
* Strong communicator with friendly and pleasant personality
* Excellent people skills with the ability to engage with staff
