Every student has an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) tailored to their individual needs. About the Role As a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils achieve academically, socially, and personally. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you’ll assist in delivering an accessible and engaging curriculum, providing one-to-one and group support, and fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored support to pupils with SEND, helping them overcome barriers and reach their goals. Assist with lesson delivery and adapt activities to meet individual needs. Create a safe, inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued and encouraged. Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and social skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to monitor and review progress. Ideal Candidate Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN or similar setting is essential.
