Your Mission
Production & Commercial Strategy
* Lead the strategy, design, and execution of four flagship DMFS events—with a potential new launch.
* Secure C-suite and senior-level speakers through persuasive communication and strong industry insight.
* Position yourself, the company, and DMFS portfolio as a thought leader within the industry, remaining an active and engaged member of the community by aligning with strategic stakeholders and keeping your finger on the pulse of new trends.
* Develop high-impact, content-rich agendas that drive delegate registrations and sponsorship value.
* Build and engage professional communities that enhance event credibility and market reach.

* Establish and manage advisory boards to inform content direction and strengthen industry positioning.
Collaboration & Business Growth
* Identify and evaluate new verticals, formats, and models to support commercial expansion.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and event ops to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
* Support commercial teams by identifying new leads, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
* Maintain and update detailed event business plans and revenue forecasts.

* A B2B conference production expert with 5+ years at a commercial events company.
* A commercially savvy strategist who understands how content drives both engagement and revenue.
* Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and creative—you bring passion and precision to everything you produce.
* Adept in agenda development, content strategy, and market research.
