They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Full-time Account Executive to join their dynamic team and help drive our continued success.


Job Overview


As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients global accounts. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of account management, from order processing and quoting to strategic planning and upselling. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients will be essential in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

* Account Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global accounts
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions
* Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
* Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients
* Order Management:
* Process and manage client orders efficiently and accurately
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
* Monitor order status and provide regular updates to clients
* Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly
* Quoting and Pricing:
* Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for client projects
* Negotiate pricing and terms with clients within company guidelines
* Collaborate with finance and product teams to ensure competitive pricing
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
* Strategic Planning:
* Develop comprehensive account plans to drive growth and retention
* Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account
* Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
* Communication and Reporting:
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
* Provide regular status updates on projects and account activities
* Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
* Generate detailed reports on account performance and growth initiatives
* Industry Knowledge:
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
* Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events
* Share insights and best practices with the team to drive innovation
