An innovative Energy organisation in the United Kingdom are seeking a Head of Energy and Environment to come on board to champion overseeing all aspects of the organisation’s energy strategy, operations, and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilites
* Develop and implement the company’s energy strategy, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements
* Lead decarbonization and renewable energy initiatives
* Track and report on sustainability KPIs and emissions
* Manage energy infrastructure projects
* Expand and develop the energy team
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in Senior, Lead, Principal or Head of positions
* Strong background in Energy, Sustainability, Transport, Supply or a similar field
* Vast experience developing company wide strategies and approaches to projects
* Experience working with local authorities and organisations responsible for transport, energy and infrastructure
* Experience leading a team and mentioring colleagues
* UK Citizen without the need for sponsorship or Visas
* Fluent English both verbal and written
