This role is On-site Pharmaceutical Client Craigavon.
As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. This role will be the front line contact for major customers dealing with client Supervisors and Managers and will oversee process procedures in partnership with customer requirements.
How you create impact
1. Work as part of a two-man team on the client’s premises
2. Supply Temperature controlled packaging to customer
3. Handling consignments in a timely manner.
4. Data recording for daily manifests.
5. Control of Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock.
6. Dealing with driver deliveries and collections.
7. Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping.
8. On site contact for all vehicle transfers between sites.
9. Organise dispatches and transfers between offices.
10. Oversee process procedures in partnership with customer requirements.
11. Promote & keep a safe working environment.
12. Ensure compliance to all Safety standards.
13. Ensure compliance to all Quality standards.
14. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams.
What we would like you to bring
15. Warehouse working experience.
16. Confidence to work independently and remotely.
17. Ability to work at times of pressure.
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Computer knowledge with relevant packages.. Excel / Word
20. Forklift license. (preferable not essential)
