Duties Assist residents or clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the resident's condition. Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport. Help create a positive and engaging environment for residents through social interaction and companionship. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
