About the role
We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our management team at Knowle Green Day Nursery (133 places). This is a supernumerary role, working alongside the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager.
You will:
* Lead the ongoing review and evaluation of practice to ensure outstanding quality of teaching
* Inspire colleagues through your strong EYFS knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
* Support and coach colleagues to deliver the very best early years practice
* Act as part of the leadership team, taking joint responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence
About you
* Qualified with a full and relevant Early Years qualification
* A natural leader with experience in mentoring, coaching and supporting teams in an early years setting
* Passionate about inspiring children and colleagues alike, with a nurturing and collaborative approach
* Strong communicator, able to build effective partnerships with parents, colleagues, and external agencies
