Key Responsibilities
* Undertake child and family assessments under the Children Act and local safeguarding procedures.
* Develop and review child protection and child-in-need plans.
* Work closely with health, education, and other partner agencies to deliver family-focused interventions.
* Prepare clear, timely reports and attend child protection conferences or court as required.
About You
* Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
* Experience in child protection, safeguarding, or family support.
* Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
