The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll deliver this through managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations.

About the role
Your Day to day
People
* Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
* Educate and train team members in compliance with local laws and health & safety regulations.
* Ensure your team are properly trained on systems, security, service, and quality standards.
Financial
* Help prepare annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.
* Monitor budget and control labour costs and expenses.
Guest Experience
* Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences.
* Pro-actively seek guest feedback.
Responsible Business
* Ensure all F&B outlets comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Implement sustainability initiatives.
Accountability
* Manage team of F&B team members and supervisors.
* Act as Duty Manager when required.
What you will need
Required criteria
* Minimum one-year food & beverage assistant management / management experience within a hotel environment.
* Proven experience of leading and managing others.
* Strong IT competency.
Desired criteria
* Two years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
* Experience in a branded hotel.
