A multifaceted international company with their HQ in London, is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to support their expanding team of 3 qualified lawyers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to work at the coalface of the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities: The primary function of the role is to support the legal team across a wide range of commercial and legal matters as follows:
* Venue hire agreements
* Artist performance contracts
* Supplier contracts
* Standard T&Cs
* Company Secretarial
* Implementation of legal processes and protocols including creating legal precedents and knowledge banks
* Carrying out ad hoc duties as required
Required Experience:
* A law degree, with the LPC or SQE preferred
* Minimum 2yrs commercial contracts experience
* Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Please also note that the role requires 5 days in the office.
