Customer Care Specialist – £25,135.50 p.a. Benefits - Burnley As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Handling a variety of queries and complaints via social media, email, and inbound calls, you’ll aim to resolve issues on the very first interaction wherever possible. You’ll think creatively, work closely with other departments, and take ownership of cases from start to finish – ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and supported. Empathy, adaptability, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude will be key, as you troubleshoot and deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. What We’re Looking For You’re passionate about first-class customer service, confident in handling complaints with professionalism, and eager to help us continually improve. You’ll also bring: Previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, care sector, beauty – all welcome) Experience handling complaints calmly and clearly, explaining outcomes in a balanced way Strong problem-solving skills and initiative A positive, adaptable attitude to change Genuine empathy for customers Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) What’s In It for You?
