Role Overview:
As a Procurement Associate you will become a critical member of the Procurement Team, supporting the business to assist procurement and expedite a range of key materials and components that are critical to the successful operation of this business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ascertain project requirement from SM/PM
* Raise & place ad hoc consumable PO’s
* Establish best supplier subject to location, product demand, access & cost
* Make booking with supplier
* Follow up delivery is on schedule
* Raise PO on SAP
* PO management on SAP
* Management of order confirmations, certification
* Arrange site inspections where appropriate
* Check goods on site still required, extend or off hire as appropriate
* Track project costs
* Review weekly supplier PO reports
* Check and process invoices through SAP
* Reconcile statements
* Supplier management - checking and reviewing rates
* Management of proAV plant
