Your new role
As the Senior Cost Manager, you'll take the lead on cost governance, forecasting, commercial assurance and NEC‑based contract management across several live workstreams. You'll act as a senior commercial advisor to project teams, ensuring accurate reporting, effective change control, strong financial controls and proactive risk management throughout the delivery cycle.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction or Finance
* Strong knowledge of NEC‑style contract management
* Experience operating at Senior QS / Senior Cost Manager level within infrastructure, utilities or civils
* Strong commercial leadership, analytical capability and stakeholder management skills
* Professional membership (RICS/CIOB/ICE) advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
