This role will focus on the commercial delivery of projects across HVAC, fire suppression and electronic security systems within commercial and infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Managing commercial aspects of MEP projects from tender through to final account Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts Monitoring project costs, forecasting and financial reporting Supporting contract administration (NEC / JCT) Requirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP or building services Knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, or electronic security systems Experience managing subcontractor packages and project cost control Understanding of construction contracts Full UK driving licence Package Salary up to £58,000 Company car or car allowance 10% annual bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension additional benefits This is an excellent opportunity to join a major international engineering organisation delivering complex building technology projects across the UK.
