Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that supports all learners
* Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil outcomes
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives, meetings, and ongoing professional development
Person Specification
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* A secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, proactive approach and commitment to continuous development
