Control Systems Engineer
Leamington Spa | Bespoke Automation | Full-Stack Control System Design
You don’t just program PLCs — you architect control systems.
If terms like Structured Text, EtherCAT, and motion synchronisation actually excite you, we should talk.
This is a full-lifecycle role: from concept to commissioning, you’ll be architecting control systems for complex, bespoke machines. No legacy fluff, no patching dodgy ladder logic — just clean, modular code and real ownership.
You’ll Be:
* Designing PLC, HMI and motion-control systems from scratch
* Working across sensors, servo systems and comms protocols
* Collaborating with a skilled cross-functional team
* Building reusable code libraries (because you care)
You Bring:
* Experience designing PLC/HMI systems (ideally 5+ years)
* Comfort with Structured Text and motion control
* Bonus points for SCADA, MES, .NET, SQL, robotics or vision
