Overview

Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality technical training for Weapons Engineers (Submarines) specialising in Communications Information Systems, for internal teams and external customers, ensuring our people are equipped with the skills they need to support mission-critical operations.
* Develop and deliver training courses for new equipment and services in line with the DSAT process.
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify practical and cost-effective solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to gather technical insights.
* Attend meetings on behalf of the Training Manager to assess training implications and risks.
* Manage key and crypto material in accordance with security protocols.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at HMNB Clyde Faslane.
Qualifications
* Essential experience: Communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
* Working proactively and flexibly within a small, focused team.
* Desirable: Understanding of data communications and RF/Radio engineering.
* Desirable: Experience working alongside UK military customers.
* Desirable: Royal Navy background.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
