It is an exciting role for those who cherish creating on-ground impact while also developing business strategies.Job Description / Key Responsibilities:Study and analyse the market to understand market size, trends, customer preferences, competition, competitive offerings and gaps in offeringsWork with Customer Segmentation team to identify the various customer segments in the marketEvaluate the size and financial potential of each of the customer segments as well as identify their stated/ unstated needs, requirements from Real Estate servicesPrioritise the market segments to serve and recommend products and services for the selected segmentsDefine and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that strategic initiatives are on track and create the necessary impactProvide necessary data and analytics capabilities to support key decisionsPerson Specification:Strong consulting experience of 2-4 years.
