About the Role In this role, you will: Source candidates from a variety of different avenues including LinkedIn, social media, referrals and the internal database. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies. Work towards clear goals and performance targets agreed with your manager, with plenty of support to help you achieve them.
