This role will involve working closely with experienced staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities and support children in their early development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children (nursery or EYFS), including supporting personal care, and a good understanding of how to promote communication, social skills, and early learning. Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential. A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach is key to success in this role.
