JHR are currently recruiting for a permanent customer support specialist to join our client due to expansion. It is a full-time post based in Morley however after probation the role offers hybrid working from home 2 days per week. It is working in a fast-paced environment within a tight-knit customer service team. You will be working within the sales order processing team of 6 and will be the main point of contact for customers. It is important that you are building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing high level support.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Deal with incoming sales and customer enquiries via telephone and email.
* Process sales order in a timely manner.
* Ensure all SLA’s are met.
* Book and despatch customer orders.
* Obtain proof of deliveries and collate them with invoices.
* Scan and file all sales orders.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy area for your workspace and visitor area.
