About the Role
As our People Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting our leaders and teams across the business. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping to deliver a positive employee experience and ensuring our people practices are aligned with our values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
2. Support the implementation of HR initiatives including talent development, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.
3. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve our people processes.
4. Champion our culture and values, helping to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
What We're Looking For
5. Proven experience in a generalist HR or People Partner role.
6. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
8. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people.
