This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the pace, pressure, and precision required in the removals industry and whos excited about helping shape the future of the business. About Hallam Removals and Storage Were a Sheffield-based company offering expert domestic and commercial removals, home clearances, and flexible storage solutions. Known for our reliable, customer-focused approach, were now looking to expand and this role is key to that journey. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the removals and storage business Supervise and lead operational staff Manage vehicle upkeep and compliance Prepare quotes and conduct client surveys Ensure invoices are issued and paid promptly Oversee domestic, commercial and clearance jobs from start to finish Sell and promote packaging materials Manage both short- and long-term storage clients Ensure operational efficiency and profitability Handle banking and general financial admin Recruit and train new team members Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and execute a 3-year growth plan What Were Looking For Strong operational experience ideally in removals, logistics or storage Natural leader who can manage and motivate a team Commercial mindset with confidence in quoting and profitability Excellent organisational and communication skills A hands-on approach no task too big or small Full UK driving licence If youre ready to take the next step in your removals or storage career and want to be part of an ambitious, growing business wed love to hear from you.
