You will need
* Ideally at least 2 years experience in Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
* Have High working standards
* To be Reliable
* Proven knife skills
* Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates
* Ability to be flexible
* Be able to travel across Berkshire
