Job Description
3. Bookkeeping via Xero software
4. Process monthly payrolls using BrightPay for 4 companies
5. Process HMRC and Nest payments
6. Invoicing councils for care fees
7. Intercompany invoicing between sister companies
8. Keeping track on payments coming in and going out (process remittances and update Monday Board and Client Index
9. Chasing outstanding payments
10. Keeping all paperwork, files and computer organised
11. Carry out tasks asked by the Finance Manager /Director
12. Support Site managers with HB and DHP applications
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Finance Officer should have:
13. A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
14. An understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
17. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
