This job is responsible for analysing and resolving complex operational problems, providing technical support to the team, and consulting on a variety of topics across functional and business support lines. Responsibilities: Partnering with operational partners to seek continuous improvement opportunities to improve day to day processes Manage projects from business case to delivery, including multi-technology change projects. Communicate daily with senior leadership throughout the organisation to provide project updates, drive priorities and escalate technology issues Build relationships with the business to gain a forward-looking understanding of the changing needs that may drive operational change Utilise automation tools to help remove manual touches and reporting Act as product owner for key technology in the cash settlements space, working as a conduit between technology and operations partners and helping prioritise the system enhancements Support operations when technology incidents occur, ensuring incidents are escalated and resolved in a timely manner whilst working with technology to ensure future instances are prevented What we are looking for: Knowledge of Operations and Change Management Presentable, confident and client focused. Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience Ability to work under pressure in a team environment Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
