Responsibilities
* Support delivery of assigned work packages, ensuring activities align with project goals
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners effectively
* Assist with planning activities, short‑term schedules, and progress tracking
* Monitor health, safety, and quality standards across site operations
* Collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams to maintain project flow
* Identify challenges early, contributing to practical and timely solutions
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
* Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and team members
* Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient ways of working
* Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring reliability and attention to detail
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Understanding of construction processes, gained through study or early career experience
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Collaborative approach, with confidence working across teams
* Problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to think practically on site
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery
* CSCS card, with SSSTS or SMSTS as an advantage
* Interest in infrastructure, structures, or station envelope works
* Familiarity with project tools, contracts, or construction systems is beneficial
