The Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled HRIS Manager to oversee the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Summary of the role and key responsibilities
This role involves managing HR technology solutions, ensuring system integration, data integrity, and compliance, while improving HR operational efficiency. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to meet the company's needs.
* Strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and excellent project and stakeholder management skills are required.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a good understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
* Experience in HRIS implementation and management.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
* Certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
