Overview: SEN and Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Pay: £100-£125 per day

Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
About the Opportunity
A school in Stafford is seeking a Behaviour and Pastoral Support Assistant to join their team from October. This is a full-time position supporting children and young people who may be vulnerable or face challenging circumstances. In this vital role, you’ll work directly with students, providing consistent behaviour and pastoral support. You’ll play a key part in safeguarding, managing behaviour, and working closely with external agencies to ensure every young person receives the guidance, care, and protection they need to thrive.
Required Experience Teaching Assistants should have:
* Have experience working with Secondary aged students or transferable skills
* Experience of supporting students with challenging behaviour or transferable skills.
* Be flexible and patient
* Be able to communicate effectively within a team
* Be able to work between 8.30 and 3.30
