My client who are unique retail business are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator on an initial 6 months contract, to join their team based in London 2 - 3 days a week. Please note this role is paid via an umbrella company/PAYE. As a Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for end to end pension administration processes and supporting members by delivering thoughtful service in line with operational standards.
Accountabilities:
* Delivery of end to end pension processes within specified timescales (SLA).
* Manage own workload to consistently deliver agreed business targets and personal commitments.
* Advanced Excel skills data analysis and monthly processing tasks.
* Administer bespoke member cases and ensure consistent Quality Assurance over processes.
* Deliver consistent and thoughtful member service in accordance with operational standards.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Identifies process enhancements and helps to deliver continuous improvement activities.
* Support in the delivery of changes to processes and scheme design.
