Location: Heysham 2 Nuclear Power Station
Salary: £ p/hr. + holiday entitlement
Overtime: Potential for overtime
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 08:15 – 17:15
2. Friday: 08:15 – 12:45
About the Role:
NRL is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client's office services team at Heysham 2 Nuclear Power Station. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to provide frontline support across a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Perform general day-to-day administrative duties
4. Collate and manage timesheets
5. Control and manage documents
6. Check and process invoices
7. Provide training and support for contractors
Ideal Candidate:
8. Reception experience
9. Excellent telephone manner
10. Good communication skills
11. Good Customer Service Skills
Additional Information:
This is a temporary, on-site position. The successful applicant will be required to undergo security clearance, which includes a criminal record check and references from the past five years of employment.
