What Will You Be Doing
* Greeting guests and providing attentive, professional table service
* Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
* Serving dishes and beverages to brand standards
* Preparing tables, resetting stations, and keeping service areas clean and organised
* Handling guest queries, requests, and feedback with professionalism
* Working as part of a team to deliver smooth and memorable dining experiences
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a guest-facing role is beneficial but not essential
* A passion for hospitality and great customer service
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
* A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on detail and consistency
