What You'll Be Doing Opening, sorting and processing large volumes of incoming mail every day Working securely within strict data protection and confidentiality guidelines Handling and processing high volumes of cheques and other payments Completing accurate data entry tasks within computerised systems Following clear work instructions and operational processes Working across four teams: Prep, Admin, Scanning and Indexing Managing varied types of paperwork with confidence and accuracy Meeting daily deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail Completing all mandatory training requirements Adhering to business rules, site policies and safety procedures Undertaking manual handling and physical tasks throughout the day This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and thrives in an organised environment with good level of manual handling ability.
