As a Retail Team Leader with ISS UK, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service, all while being a positive influence on each customer's day and your team.
Being an experienced Team Leader is about exhibiting your knowledge and skills by leading the team through great attention to detail, adhering to standards, and displaying a role model work ethic.
The successful candidate will be a natural performer with flair and enjoy being the centre of attention. In this role, you will engage with customers through conversation as you set up and prepare live food and drink experiences in hospitality and retail around the campus for them to enjoy.
The Role
* Receive, process, prepare, and deliver food and drink events across campus
* Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition by introducing daily checking systems
* Deliver a great hospitality & events experience, more than just a service
* Stay on top of trends and discuss these with your supervisor & manager
* Know the offer inside out, and be able to make informed recommendations to clients
* Pre-empt the needs of customers and create meaningful and memorable S&D moments
* Maintain a high-profile front of house and be aware of what’s happening during service, resolving challenges to ensure colleague and customer satisfaction
